Rooted is a catalyst for life change where discussion is held in a small group environment, creating a safe space for biblical exploration and practical learning experiences.

Thousands of people have been taken through Rooted and we believe God continues to use this experience as a tool to bring life change and transformation to Central Florida. Rooted is a 10-week journey for people in every life stage, wherever they are on their walk with Christ. The weekly readings teach us what it means to be a disciple of Jesus through an experiential model built on foundational elements of Christianity such as Scripture, prayer, worship, generosity and service.

What is ROOTED?

Rooted is a 10-week discipleship program and a catalyst for life-change. It provokes questions and conversations and group experiences designed to give you a glimpse of your story in God’s story.

What does ROOTED cost & how do I register?

Registration is easy! Once registration is open for the upcoming session, click on which time box you want to register for and follow the steps. The cost is $25 per person to go through the course, which includes all sessions, your workbook, t-shirt, and the Celebration dinner at the end of the 10 weeks. Our ROOTED session is forming now & you can sign up through filling out the form below.

Is child care available?

For the Wednesday sessions, children are encouraged to attend our kids programs which are fantastic and free of charge. Sessions which meet at different time may have child care available for a nominal fee.

Where will the group meet?

All of our Rooted groups meet in different rooms around the People's Church campus.

What if I can't make it to all ten weeks?

We understand that Rooted is a large time commitment, but we believe it is worth it to invest in the entire process. If you know you are going to miss more than 2 meetings, we ask that you wait until the next session of Rooted. The 10 weeks are a cumulative experience, and so we ask that every participant commit to honor each other with being at every meeting.

What is the difference between Rooted & a regular small group?

Rooted is the on-ramp to Small Groups. At the end of the 10 weeks of Rooted, your Rooted group becomes your Small Group, and so we strongly advise that you go through Rooted before joining an open Small Group.
